Schedule an Appointment

If your practice allows you to make an appointment on line, you can do this by clicking the "Book an Appointment" button or the Appt/Register tab on their home page. This will take you to a registration page that will let you schedule a time and date for your appointment and where you can fill out all of the required patient information. This will reduce the time you have to spend at the front desk.

You can review your medical record
You can print out a copy of your medical record to take to another provider
You can review your test results
You can update your personal information
You can schedule and register for an appointment if your provider allows this feature
